Proposed Westgate makeover unveiled Cityline Partners released details of its proposed redevelopment of the former Westgate Office Park in McLean, including a total of 21 new office and residential buildings.

New York-based DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners acquired West-Group’s Tysons Corner holdings last July, including 114 acres and 22 buildings. It has since sold some properties and formed Cityline to own, manage and develop the remaining real estate.

The company has filed with Fairfax County for required rezoning of about 40 acres on the north and south side of Route 123, the main drag in Tysons, for its proposed development to be called Scott’s Run Station.

Cityline’s long-term development plans include 11 office buildings totaling 4.9 million square feet, nine multifamily residential buildings totaling 3.1 million square feet, a hotel and about 120,000 square feet of retail space.
