He checked into rehab for sex addiction just last week — then gave up and left in a huff when estranged wife Sandra Bullock refused to talk to him on the phone. And although he’s since checked back in, Radar Online reported that in the meantime, she has begun preparing divorce papers.

And thanks to an infidelity clause in the pre-nup, “if she divorces Jesse and proves he was cheating, which won’t be hard, Sandra won’t have to pay Jesse anything,” notes a source.
