“Home,” the debut single from “American Idol” winner Phillip Phillips, has been getting some prime play the past few nights. NBC has been playing the song throughout its coverage of the women’s gymnastics team final. This exposure has vaulted — pun intended — Phillips to No. 1 on the iTunes chart. Phillips sent out a tweet last night thanking his fans and supporters for helping him to reach the top spot.
