COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Lawyers for Ohio death row inmate Ronald Post say he is so fat that his executioners won’t be able to find veins in his arms and legs for the lethal injection. They say Post might even break the death chamber gurney.

Post is trying to stave off execution Jan. 16 for the 1983 shooting death of a motel clerk during a robbery.
