Officials said that a second suspect connected to the crash that killed a Prince George’s County police officer is in custody. Kevon Darnell Neal, 23, was charged with theft of $10,000 to under $100,000. He turned himself in to police Thursday night, Prince George’s County police said.

Another man, 25-year-old Kenneth Clark Mitchell, was arrested Tuesday on the same charge, police said.
