Hillary Clinton: I could beat Bill in an election

Hillary Clinton was on Jimmy Kimmel Live  Thursday and the two discussed her future presidency as if it were a certainty, including what her husband’s title should be.

“Would he be the first man, the first gentleman, the first mate, who decides that?” Kimmel asked.

Hillary said that Bill is going to break the “iron grip” women have on being the president’s spouse, but it would be complicated to determine what to call him because former presidents are referred to as ‘Mr. President.’

“The first president lady would be a nice thing to call him,” Kimmel said.

The late night host then asked who would win a race if it was Hillary vs. Bill.

“I think he is a terrific campaigner and I think he is good at it; it would be fascinating if he were eligible to run again,” Hillary said. “The Constitution said he’s not. He would run again. I don’t want you to tell anyone that but if he could, he would.”

She said that you need to have an immense amount of confidence to run in this arena.

“So if I were going to run against him, would I win? Yeah!” Hillary said with a cackling laugh.
