If Hillary Clinton wants to prove that she’s a candidate of the 21st century, she might want to think of some more original lines.
While speaking at the Silicon Valley women’s leadership conference “Lead On” Tuesday, Clinton used a line that bared uncanny resemblance to a phrase used by one of her potential 2016 competitors: Possible GOP presidential candidate and former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina.

Clinton urged her audience members Tuesday to “unlock their full potential,”according to the Daily Caller.
Unfortunately for the former secretary of State, Fiorina had already coined that phrase.
In fact, the name of Fiorina’s super PAC is the “Unlocking Potential Project.” The PAC’s mission, advertised on its website, declares, “America suffers from self-inflicted wounds. Our nation has everything we need to lead, grow and prosper. We must unlock the full potential of every American and unleash the power of this great nation.”
What’s more, it’s not only a line out of Fiorina’s book that Clinton has stolen. She has also appeared to borrow the book title and cover themselves.
Clinton’s memoir, entitled “Hard Choices” and published last summer, bares close resemblance — in appearance and title — to Fiorina’s book “Tough Choices,” which was published nearly a decade before in 2006.
Clinton better be careful not to cross Fiorina. Of course, the former Hewlett-Packard CEO has already demonstrated her willingness to criticize the former secretary of State’s foreign policy.
“Like Hillary Clinton, I too have travelled hundreds of thousands of miles around the globe,” the possible Republican presidential candidate said at the Iowa Freedom Summit last month. “But unlike her, I have actually accomplished something. Mrs. Clinton, flying is an activity, not an accomplishment.”
