A TikTok star claimed in a Friday video that she was sexually assaulted by YouTuber Jake Paul.
Justine Paradise, 24, who has over 525,000 followers on TikTok, said Paul, also 24, forced her to have oral sex with him while visiting his mansion in Calabasas, California. Paul has over 20 million subscribers on YouTube.
“I think about it every single day,” she said. “I feel guilty even though I was the one that was assaulted.”
Paul denied assaulting Paradise and is promising to pursue legal action.
“This claim made against me is 100% false,” Paul said in a lengthy statement on Tuesday that did not mention Paradise by name, and he suggested she is “using the attention from her social media posts and video to promote her adult content website and Amazon shopping list — designed for people to buy her gifts.”

Paradise said she and Paul began talking in June 2019 after a friend took her to visit his studio. A screenshot of text messages sent at the beginning of June shows a sender named “Jake” interacting with her.

Upon her first visit to the mansion, which Paul has since decided to sell, Paradise said she was asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement.
“As soon as you go into the Team 10 House, right on the side of the wall, there’s this thing that takes your picture and has you sign an NDA form,” she said. “Also, that is why I thought I wasn’t allowed to talk about this, and then I made a TikTok and asked if someone assaulted me but I signed an NDA, am I allowed to speak about it?”
Paradise claimed she visited Paul’s mansion multiple times before the alleged assault took place in the early morning of July 20, 2019. At the end of the Friday video, Paradise included footage of a Sistine Chapel-style mural on one of his ceilings and a photo in front of the home’s giant Rubik’s Cube sculpture as evidence that she had visited the home.
She said Paul would often take girls up to his room.
“He would go to his room with a different girl, multiple different girls every day,” Paradise said.
Paradise claimed that she arrived at the house on the evening of the 19th and that when she went to visit Paul in his studio, he kissed her.
“One of these days, I was in the studio. Some people were recording down there, and Jake pulled me into this little corner area in the studio and started kissing me, and I was fine with that,” she said. “I did think he was cute. I did want to kiss him.”
She added, “It was weird because the place that he kissed me was like in front of everyone, so it kind of felt like he was showing off to his friends that he was making out with me.”
“Flash-forward a little bit. Jake grabs my hand, and he starts walking with me,” she continued, adding: “And he brings me to his room. People have brought me to their room before, and I’m their friend, and they’re literally just trying to show me their room, or they just want to talk to me away from the crowd of people, or sometimes they are trying to do something sexual, but if I say, ‘No,’ they respect it.”
Paradise said that they were kissing and dancing together when he moved her toward his bed. She said they began kissing on the bed.
“We were on his bed, kissing for a bit, and then every time he would try to put my hand places or try to put his hands places that I didn’t want, I would just kind of move it away and be like, ‘No.'” She added, “And then, at one point, he said, ‘If nothing is going to happen, then what’s the point?'”
“When he got up, he undid his pants and grabbed my face and started f—ing my face,” she described. “He was on top of me and like holding my head into him. I couldn’t even tell him not to. He didn’t ask for consent or anything.”
She said that after he had finished, “He cuddled me for like 0.2 seconds. He literally put his arm around me and then got back up and then walked over to his door, and he’s like, ‘OK, let’s go back to the [studio].'”
Paradise said that when she asked Paul if she could fix her hair and makeup, he said no.
“Why would you sexually assault me and then not even let me like fix my hair and makeup?” she asked in the video.
“While others have already begun to debunk the claim alleged against him, our client categorically denies the allegation and has every intention of aggressively disproving it and pursuing legal action against those responsible for the defamation of his character,” Paul’s lawyer, Daniel Gardenswartz, said in a statement to multiple news outlets on Tuesday.

Paradise said that she told one friend about the alleged incident, though she did not name him. The friend reportedly told Paradise that he would speak to Paul on her behalf. Paradise claimed she had to spend the night at the mansion because it was too late to drive home and sent a Snapchat at that time.
A screenshot of the photo message shows Paradise and what appears to be a July 20 morning time stamp and a Calabasas location.
Paradise also showed later texts to Paul that she said she sent in an attempt to meet up with him. She claimed he never responded to the messages.
“I wanted to talk to him about how that made me feel because somewhere in my brain, I was thinking, ‘What if he didn’t do this to me on purpose?'” she said.
The Washington Examiner reached out to Gardenswartz for further comment but did not immediately hear back.
