Jane Goodall, the renowned British primatologist and conservationist, headed to Washington Monday evening for the fourth annual Jane Goodall Institute Global Leadership Awards Celebration at George Washington University.
Among those honored was actress Charlize Theron for using her celebrity “to advocate for sustainability, conservation and humanity in the spirit of Dr. Jane Goodall and her remarkable work.”
Sadly for us, Theron wasn’t in D.C. to accept the award.
