Prince George’s County police are investigating a shooting death in Bowie.
Shortly before 1 p.m. Wednesday, police got a call for a shooting in the 13200 block of Lingstones Endeavor Drive. Upon arrive, police found an adult male with trauma to the body. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
As of Wednesday morning, Prince George’s County has had 58 slayings in 2011, compared to 43 over the same period last year.
