ROME, N.Y. (AP) — State police say two people are dead after a motorcycle crashed on a city street in central New York.
Troopers say the crash was sometime overnight but wasn’t discovered until around 6 a.m. Monday on West Thomas Street in the city of Rome.
Police say 53-year-old Paul Gentile and 29-year-old Franklin Salcedo, both of Rome, were found dead.
Investigators are trying to determine the time of the crash and how it happened.
