If you want to get a glimpse of California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, you could do worse than to hang around GOP hangout the Capitol Hill Club on Feb. 25.
That’s when the Governator is hosting a reception for Florida Rep. Bill Young, the senior House Republican.
