A 23-year-old man was stabbed in the throat early Thursday after he threw a snowball at a man shoveling snow. Prince William County police said Tyree M. Alexander, 40, of Manassas, was shoveling on the 3800 block of Clore Place shortly before 4:30 a.m. Thursday when the 23-year-old threw a snowball at him.
Alexander allegedly confronted the man and stabbed him in the throat with a box cutter during the altercation.
