Jon Stewart announced “officially” on “The Daily Show” that, upon leaving his current Comedy Central gig later this year, he will be hosting a new show on C-SPAN called “Hatewatch.”
Well, not really. But he tried the idea out on Tuesday, featuring an “episode” of the fake program during which he tore into Congress — Democrats and Republicans alike — for its gridlock.

While he blamed Republicans for “f–kery,” he skewered Democrats for “dumbassery.” Stewart took shots at both Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kent.).
