LEESBURG, Va. (AP) — A man who has been charged with fatally shooting three people is being moved from Loudoun County to Alexandria where three judges are asking to be recused from the case.
Charles Severance was charged last week with the shooting deaths of a sheriff’s wife, a transportation planner and a music teacher. The killings began in 2003.
