Two 17-year-old twin brothers have been charged with setting a pit bull on fire, Baltimore police said. The 2-year-old dog named Phoenix suffered burns to 98 percent of her body and had to be euthanized when her kidneys failed. Police would not released the names of the juveniles arrested because of their age. A Baltimore police officer rescued Phoenix last month after the dog was doused with gasoline and set ablaze.
