Young comedian Jack Aiello has gone from middle school speaker to guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Aiello became a viral sensation after his graduation speech where he impersonated presidential candidates at Thomas Middle School.
Aiello appeared as Trump’s running mate Little Trump in a sketch with Jimmy Fallon as Donald Trump. Other “good choices” included Chris Christie, LeBron James, and Chewbacca Mom, but Trump ultimately chose himself. Trump and the clone he created 14 years ago have the same size hands and finish each other’s “walls.”
“Together the two of us will create jobs, we’ll grow the economy, and most importantly, we will find Dory,” Trump said.
Then, Little Trump used a Bernie Sanders impersonation when the two prank called Hillary. After asking if her refrigerator was running, Little Trump followed up with “well so am I, and I’m not ever dropping out!”
Little Trump learned his impersonations at Trump University, “which is terrific by the way, just so you know.” The two closed with a call to elect Donald and Little Donald. “Together we will Make America Great Again, it’s gonna be huge,” they said.
Fallon spoke with an exuberant Aiello after the skit. Aiello had the opportunity to show off his Ted Cruz impersonation as he read one of his tweets.
When asked who his favorite impersonation was, Aiello couldn’t pick just one. “I honestly really like doing them all. They all have unique mannerisms,” he said.
Aiello could get to see his dream come true to be involved in politics and comedy, as Fallon hopes he comes back to the show.
