How Colbert would defeat ISIS with mistletoe drones

At first, Colbert didn’t seem sold on TGI Friday’s big holiday plan to fly mistletoe-bearing drones around their restaurant.

The British wing of the chain restaurant will hover the little drones over customers, inspiring them to make the first move, and catching it all on film.

“Yes, TGI Friday‘s is weaponizing Christmas cheer,” Colbert said, “with a mistletoe drone that forces you to kiss—something you might want to keep in mind before you take your dad to lunch.”

“The only thing missing from your boozy night out was four whirling blades steered by a sixteen-year-old busboy,” Colbert joked.

But then, Colbert came up with a much more practical use for these drones: fighting ISIS in Iraq and Syria.
