The official behind the FDA’s efforts to ban alcohol-infused drinks such as Four Loko is joining the O’Malley administration, according to the Congressional Quarterly.
Josh Sharfstein, currently second-in-command at the Food and Drug Administration, will lead the Maryland’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, CQ’s John Reichard reports.
