KISSIMMEE, Fla. (AP) — Kissimmee police say two men who died in a car crash were the same suspects who fired bullets into a shopping mall, injuring two people.

Police said Wednesday that the dead suspects were positively identified by the shooting victims as 24-year-old Fabrice Buteau and 21-year-old Walter Jeralds.

The men got into an argument Tuesday evening with Lisset Ortiz and Alejandro Laureano. One of the men fired into the Plaza Del Sol, a shopping mall that until recently was called Osceola Square Mall.

Ortiz and Laureano had non-life-threatening injuries.

The men then fled in a car.

Officers responding to the scene saw a car matching the suspects’ vehicle driving in the opposite direction.

Officers turned around, and they found the car had crashed into another vehicle, killing the suspects.
