BRUSSELS (AP) — The leaders of the EU and China will discuss a range of issues at a summit Thursday in Brussels, but the EU’s customary joint press conference afterward won’t be held amid concerns that the Chinese were maneuvering to exclude journalists they didn’t like.

An EU official said Chinese diplomats insisted that only 50 journalists be admitted — 25 from China and 25 from outside China — and that only four questions be asked.
