Two high-profile MSNBC journalists on Thursday criticized their parent network’s planned miniseries on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, saying the program threatens NBC News’ credibility as an impartial news-gathering organization.

The rebukes by Andrea Mitchell and Chuck Todd follow a threat by Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus to refuse to coordinate 2016 GOP presidential debates with NBC and CNN — which is planning a Clinton documentary — if the networks proceed with the programs.
