Sunday shows to discuss Planned Parenthood, House Speaker race

The Sunday morning shows look like they’ll take a break from the endless parade of 2016 candidates to talk gun control, Planned Parenthood funding and the House’s imminent leadership race.

Fox News Sunday will interview Rep. Jason Chaffetz, one of the representatives who’s announced his bid for House speaker. It is likely the Utah Republican will also discuss this week’s revelation that many Secret Service members had inappropriately accessed his personal files in order to embarass him.

Republican presidential candidates Donald Trump and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie are the only 2016 candidates appearing on the Sunday morning shows this week.

Sunday’s guest lineup, per the AP:

ABC’s “This Week” — Republican presidential candidates Donald Trump and Chris Christie; Reps. Tom Cole, R-Okla., and Keith Ellison, D-Minn.

NBC’s “Meet the Press” — Trump, and Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards.

CBS’ “Face the Nation” — Pre-empted by NFL coverage.

CNN’s “State of the Union” — Sens. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., and John McCain, R-Ariz.; Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn.; gun control activist Mark Kelly, co-founder of Americans for Responsible Solutions.

“Fox News Sunday”— Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah.
