Ben Carson wants ‘covert division’ to spy on government workers

During remarks to Iowa Republicans Wednesday, the GOP presidential candidate introduced his idea of a “covert division” dedicated to monitoring individuals employed by the government.

“The other thing that I am thinking very seriously about doing is adding a covert division of people who look like people in this room who monitor what government people do,” Carson explained, according to video captured by Raw Story.

“And we make it possible to fire government people,” Carson added to a room full of claps.
