Mackenzie "Kenzie" Chase is a multimedia journalist at the Washington Examiner. She previously worked at DC News Now, where she hosted a true crime show and covered breaking news and politics. Prior to that, she worked at WAVY-TV 10 in Hampton Roads, Virginia. She has reported live on numerous political debates, including Virginia's gubernatorial race, covered the assassination attempts on President Donald Trump, and reported on the National Guard's impact in the District of Columbia.
Chase is a proud Aggie from Texas A&M University, where she was part of the student newspaper during their successful "Print is Not Dead" movement to remain an independent organization.
