“PSA—Don’t speed while driving. Don’t drink and drive. And don’t crash your vehicle into a driver license office,” the video’s caption read. “Over the weekend, this individual was a little too eager to visit our Pueblo office.”

Immediately following the crash, several people approach the car, with one individual approaching and pulling Trujillo out of the vehicle to help him make his escape. Javier was allegedly racing another car prior to the crash.

Police charged Trujillo with driving under the influence, careless driving, and failing to stay at the scene of an accident.
