Former Gov. Jeb Bush said the 2016 GOP primary has been “pretty tame so far” when it comes to personal attacks, despite his political action committee’s recent pair of ads attacking Sen. Marco Rubio for flip-flopping on a number of issues here.

“Let’s don’t try to feel like anybody’s a victim here,” Bush said during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
