Barack Obama reached a new high: 55 percent disapprove of the president, according to Gallup’s daily tracking poll from this weekend. Obama’s approval rating tied its lowest at 38 percent. The president has maintained a higher disapproval than approval rating throughout the month of August, according to Gallup:
