Twelve states sued President Biden and several government agencies challenging a climate change order that would expand federal environmental regulation, arguing that the order would have detrimental economic consequences.

Missouri, which leads the lawsuit, is joined by state attorneys general in Arkansas, Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah.
