ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Researchers at the University of Michigan are among those sharing a $10.8 million grant aimed at developing tools to gather, analyze and interpret health data generated by mobile and wearable sensors.

The Ann Arbor school on Thursday announced the funding, which is from the National Institutes of Health. Participants in the Mobile Sensor Data-to-Knowledge team include computer scientists, engineers and statistical and biomedical researchers.
