House Oversight and Government Reform Chair Jason Chaffetz has re-summoned State Secretary John Kerry to appear at a hearing next month following the former senator’s failure to respond to Chaffetz’s request earlier this summer, according to a letter the Washington Examiner obtained late Tuesday.

Kerry would be asked for details regarding the Iran nuclear agreement, ransom payment for U.S. prisoners, emails, edited government video and other issues.
