President Bill Clinton is set to appear alongside former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and President George W. Bush Thursday at a Clinton Foundation event in Arkansas.
The event will honor graduates of a bipartisan scholarship program sponsored by Bush and Clinton.
Blair maintained close ties to Hillary Clinton when she served as secretary of state, communicating with her frequently on her private email address and advising her in the months leading up to the U.S. intervention in Libya.
Blair even joined Bill Clinton as a paid advisor to Teneo Strategies, a controversial consulting firm run by former aides to the president.
The overlap between Clinton Foundation activities, the personal business of the Clintons and State Department diplomacy has caused problems for Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail.
