Two Baltimore teenagers were indicted on first-degree murder charges in the fatal shooting inside a carryout food store, Baltimore prosecutors said Tuesday.
Damien Davis, 18, and Darius Duppins, 19, both of North Milton Avenue, also were indicted on charges of conspiracy to commit murder.

Paris Richardson, 21, walked into a carryout to pick up food May 5 in the 2500 block of East Hoffman Street when Davis and Duppins walked in and shot him multiple times, according to charging documents and city prosecutors.
Richardson died later that day at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
Davis and Duppins are being held at the Baltimore City Detention Center without bail.
An arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 10.
