NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Officials say more than 100,000 customers still don’t have electricity in the wake of Hurricane Isaac, as federal officials work to help storm victims.

People in nine hard-hit parishes in Louisiana can apply for grants to get temporary housing and repair their homes. The grants are applied for through the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
