Annapolis police said they are searching for an armed and dangerous suspect accused of shooting at a cab driver.
Orlando Antoine Foote Jr., 20, of the 1000 block of Cedar Ridge Court in Annapolis, is accused of shooting at a 58-year-old cab driver May 12 in the 700 block of Newtowne Drive, police said.
The driver sped off about 9:40 p.m. when Foote tapped on his window with a handgun, police. At least two bullet holes were found in the cab, police said, but the driver was not injured.
Foote also has a warrant for a domestic violence case in which he also is accused of using a handgun, police said. He is on probation for an armed car jacking that also occurred on Newtowne Drive.
