19 indicted in Long Island drug ring sweep

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say 19 people have been indicted in a cocaine sweep that led investigators from California to New York.

Los Angeles law enforcers and Homeland Security agents seized about 44 pounds of cocaine last year. Authorities say it was prepared for delivery to a home in Amityville, New York.
