D.C.-area home prices are continuing to recover, according to a report released Thursday by Clear Capital Markets.
Home prices increased 9.3 percent from May 2009 to May 2010, the report said.
Nationally, year-over-year home prices increased 6.8 percent — the largest gain since July 2006, the report said.
