A Fort Washington man was sentenced to 15 years in prison Tuesday for producing child pornography.
Ernesto Cacanindin, 46, was sentenced in federal court in Greenbelt. He pleaded guilty in July.
The FBI collected photographs of child pornography from Cacanindin’s desk at a D.C. law firm where he used to work. Cacanindin’s former colleagues found the pictures when cleaning out his desk after he was dismissed.
In his guilty plea, Cancanindin admitted that he performed oral sex on the victim, who was between ages 12 and 15 at the time, and took photographs of the sex acts.
