NEW YORK (AP) — The family of a teenage girl with special needs and psychological issues said Wednesday the 15-year-old hasn’t been seen since she slipped away from her school two days ago, and criticized school officials for not doing more in her disappearance.
Sandra Rodriguez told reporters Wednesday that she didn’t find out about her daughter Nashaly Perez Rodriguez’s disappearance from her Brooklyn school until about an hour after it took place, and then only because she came to P.S. 371 early to pick up her daughter.
