President Obama is taking a break from his summer vacation and has returned to the White House for high level meetings with senior advisers and Vice President Joe Biden. Obama is expected to discuss the ongoing situations in both Iraq and Ferguson, Mo.
Texas Gov. Rick Perry, R-Texas, has fired back against prosecutors who have alleged he abused the powers of his office when he withheld $7.5 million in funding. Perry has called the charges politically motivated.
