Cartoonist helps Erie students learn science

ERIE, Pa. (AP) — Mike Bocianowski hunched over a projector, drawing ordinary circles and everyday rectangles.

By the time he was done, basic shapes were transformed: Triangles became mountain peaks. Ovals morphed into ponds. Squiggly lines turned into streams.
