LOS ANGELES (AP) — Fire officials say four people have been rescued from a power boat that caught fire near Los Angeles Harbor lighthouse.

Fire Department spokeswoman Katherine Main says the engine caught fire and the 25-foot boat took on water around 7 a.m. Thursday.

A lifeguard crew took four occupants from the boat for medical evaluation. No injuries were reported.

A Fire Department vessel towed the boat back to a marina.
