One of the two witnesses testifying in front of the House Intelligence Committee on Wednesday morning made big waves on social media for his bow tie.
George Kent, the deputy assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs, and William Taylor, the top diplomat in Ukraine, were the first two witnesses to publicly testify in the Democrats’ impeachment investigation.
