United States Ambassador to United Nations Nikki Haley said the U.S. will not seek a emergency session of the U.N. Security Council after North Korea tested an intercontinental ballistic missile last week.

“There is no point in having an emergency session if it produces nothing of consequence,” Haley said a statement Sunday afternoon.
