The Florida Department of Health reported Thursday that 3,356 new COVID-19 cases were diagnosed Wednesday, the state’s largest single-day spike in new cases since Sept. 19.
According to the FDOH’s COVID-19 dashboard, with Wednesday’s new cases, 744,988 people in Florida have tested positive for the disease since March.
