RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — A new training video is available to help Virginia’s more than 4,000 public board and commission members understand the state’s Freedom of Information Act.

The eight-minute video was put together by the State Council of Higher Education, the Attorney General’s Office and the Virginia Freedom of Information Advisory Council.
