A newly unsealed federal indictment accuses four former BizJet International Sales and Support Inc. executives of engaging in a bribery scheme to generate aircraft maintenance business in Latin America.
The Justice Department said Friday that two of the accused, Peter DuBois and Neal Uhl, pleaded guilty in January to two counts each. The guilty pleas were unsealed Friday as U.S. District Judge Gregory K. Frizzell sentenced DuBois and Uhl to probation.
