TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Officials say a contractor fell to his death from a catwalk at an old Tampa Bay area power plant.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office reports that 31-year-old Bryan Hagan was working at the Tampa Electric Co. power plant Monday afternoon when he fell through a metal grate and dropped more than 40 feet. Officials say he died at the scene.
