Alex Jones sues Jan. 6 committee — Alex Jones, a right-wing conspiracy theorist and founder of InfoWars, is suing to block the Jan. 6 committee from using subpoenas seeking his testimony and access to his phone records. Alex Jones, a right-wing conspiracy theorist and founder of InfoWars, is suing to block the Jan. 6 committee from using subpoenas seeking his testimony and access to his phone records.

The lawsuit, filed Monday in a Washington, D.C., federal court, also says Jones intends to assert his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.
