Fox News host Sean Hannity relinquished his crown as the most-watched cable news program in the month of April for the first time since moving to his current time slot.
Hannity averaged 4.4 million viewers and 809,000 in the key 25-54 age demographic, according to Nielsen Media Research. The reach was good for his second-highest-rated month in total viewers, even though he lost out to colleague Tucker Carlson, who averaged 4.6 million viewers and 885,000 in the 25-54 demographic. This was Carlson’s highest-rated month in both categories.
